Our products are digital, downloadable, and delivered instantly after payment. For this reason, all sales are final except where a refund is required under the applicable consumer law of your country.
By completing your purchase and consenting to immediate digital delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that you may lose any right of withdrawal, cooling-off, or cancellation that would otherwise apply to digital content under the law of your country. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be lawfully waived.
When we will provide a refund
We will provide a refund, replacement, or fix in the following situations:
- the product file is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to resolve the issue;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the product is materially different from what is described on the product page;
- a refund is required under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you, including but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, applicable EU consumer directives, or relevant US state or Canadian provincial consumer protection law.
When we are unable to refund
We are generally unable to offer a refund where:
- you have changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product;
- you did not achieve a particular result (we do not guarantee outcomes);
- you purchased the wrong product but have already accessed it, though we will try to assist you where reasonable.
How to request a refund
Contact us at support@connectlabz.com within a reasonable time of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable right you have under the consumer law applicable to your country of residence.
