These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase you make through backupsystems.connectlabz.com, operated by ConnectLabz, Punjab, India. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
What you are buying
All products sold through this Website are one-time digital purchases. We sell AI workflow bundles and prompt-based digital systems delivered as downloadable files. There are no subscriptions, no recurring payments, and no physical items.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed on each product page. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. You are responsible for any local taxes or charges applicable in your own country.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and takes place immediately or within a short time after your payment is confirmed. You will receive your download link by email and on your order confirmation page. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your product, contact us at support@connectlabz.com and we will help you access it. Download links may expire after a set period for security; contact us if you need renewed access to a product you have purchased.
Product licence
When you purchase a product, ConnectLabz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal licence to use it for your own individual or internal business purposes.
You may:
- use the product and its workflows in your own work;
- adapt the prompts and workflows for your own projects and client deliverables.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the product or any part of it;
- upload the product to any public, shared, or file-sharing platform;
- repackage or rebrand the product to present or sell it as your own creation;
- share your download link or account access with others;
- use the product to build a competing product, course, or system for sale or distribution.
If you breach this licence, we may revoke your access without refund, in addition to any other legal remedy available to us.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in our products, including the prompt structures, workflow logic, documentation, and branding, belong to ConnectLabz or our licensors. Your licence to use a product does not transfer any of these rights to you.
No guarantee of results
Our products are tools and workflow systems designed to help you work more efficiently with AI. They are not advice of any kind, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, including business growth, leads, revenue, time savings, rankings, or any other result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how you use the product, your market, and your own effort. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or inconsistent and must be reviewed by you before use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectLabz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer law applicable to you.
Refunds, cancellations, and your statutory rights
Please see our separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Your mandatory rights under the consumer law of your country are preserved.
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
