All purchases through backupsystems.connectlabz.com are one-time digital purchases delivered immediately. There are no subscriptions, recurring payments, or ongoing service plans.
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete and delivery has begun. This is because the digital nature of the product means it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical item can.
This applies except where cancellation or a refund is required under the consumer law applicable to your country. Where you have consented to immediate delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that any standard cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content may no longer apply under applicable law.

If we introduce any subscription or recurring payment options in the future, separate cancellation terms will be published and applied to those products.
